The USU Equestrian Club is an organization that provides students the opportunity to compete on a collegiate level. The USU Equestrian Team is an Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) Team. Team members compete with Idaho, Montana, and Utah colleges in English Hunt Seat, Western Pleasure, Hunt Seat over Fences, and Reining.
The Equestrian Team meets weekly at the USU Horse Barn to practice show riding skills. Team members are not required to have their own horse or any previous show experience.
