- 2005 to Present - Utah State University Extension.
Statewide Coordinator, Equine and Small Acreage Programs. This program includes a 100% extension assignment with assignments to coordinate equine educational programs, 4-H Horse education programs, and small acreage educational programs statewide, with the help of other campus specialists, statewide volunteers and partners. (Started November 2004 on top of previous assignment until January 2005).
- 2002 to 2005 - North Region Director.
This position had responsibility over the eight northern counties of the State of Utah with the responsibility of personnel, training, hiring, and program coordination.
- 1998 to 2002 - Director, USU Brigham City Campus
This position was as the overall administrator for the USU Brigham City Campus in Brigham City, Utah, with administrative responsibilities for local campus management, budgets, curriculum expansion, graduation,etc. While in this position, I also supervised the Box Elder County, Cache County and Rich County Cooperative Extension staff and their programming.
- 1995 to 1998 - District Department Head, North District.
This position was administrative responsible for the eight northern counties in the State of Utah for all of the personnel and programming issues and responsibilities.
- 1992 to 1995 - Utah State 4-H Program Leader.
This position was the top administrative position for the Utah 4-H program, responsible for budgets, supervision of staff, program coordination statewide, and also agriculture and natural resource specific program development and expansion.
- 1986 to 1992 - Acting State 4-H Program Leader.
Due to budget shortfalls, when the State Program leader position was open, I was appointed as the Acting Director and fulfilled both my current assignment in the 4-H program as well as provided leadership for the overall state 4-H program, until appointed State Program Leader in 1992.
- 1981 to 1986 - Assistant State 4-H Program Leader.
As Assistant State 4-H Program Leader, I managed the 4-H agriculture, natural resources, equine and livestock programs as well as cooperated with other staff members on programs for 4-H youth statewide, inservice for agents and other duties as assigned.
- 1975 to 1981 - 4-H Youth Agent, Utah County.
This position was a County 4-H position where I had total responsibility for one-half of the 4-H Program, cooperating with a co-worker to see that the entire 4-H program was administered correctly and that the programs were enhanced with additional volunteers and members. Volunteers were trained and rewarded for their contribution to the 4-H program.
