After receiving tenure in 1995 and until 2005, I served in an administrative Regional Director Role. From 1986-1995, I served in another administrative role as Director of the State 4-H Programs. In all of these years, Extension Administration were not involved in the major reporting efforts now keeping up-to-date VITAs.

During these years I taught many presentations from personnel and civil rights to self-development and professional improvement. I gave leadership to many University, State and Regional committees and presented at local, state and regional levels. I managed budgets, recruited students, hired and trained staff and promoted USU, Extension, 4-H, USU Brigham City, etc. over and over again. I was also invited to present across the state and Western States Regional meetings for 4-H and administration on subjects of reporting, personnel management, self-esteem building and stress reduction.

The result included successful staff and programs, a regional and national reputation, and an increased USU Brigham City Campus enrollment, just to name a few. These were very successful years under my leadership for Extension, USUBC and 4-H, however, documentation of specifics is not available.
